  • How does shipping to my home or business work?
As a part of our pre-sale deal, we provide free freight shipping to your home of business. We will provide a bill of landing when shipped, along with freight tracking to see your package on it's way to you.
  • Where do the trees ship from?
The Lit Tree is a subsidiary of LUXE Blades, LLC, which is located in Tomball, Texas. All of our trees are shipped from our corporate headquarters.
  • How long do the trees last?
Our trees are molded and manufactured with materials meant to stand the test of time. These trees are rated to last many years, with the LED's being rated for 30,000 hours. Simply put, these trees are meant to be installed and enjoyed for many many years.
  • Do the trees just plug into the wall?
Yes, our trees come pre-wired with a 120V plug, allowing you to very easily plug it into a standard outlet. If you would like to hard wire it to a switch, simply cut the plug off and have a certified electrician hard wire it to a switch.
  • How do the trees do in windy conditions?
Our trees are rated for up to 50MPH sustained winds. If inclement weather (Hurricane, tornado, etc) is in the forecast, it may be recommended to remove the branches and secure them inside.
  • Are the trees easy to install?
Our trees couldn't be easier for a DIY installer. The tree trunk and branches all connect to each other by sliding the smaller end of the branch into the larger base. Inside of the tree, there are water tight plugs that connect the branches to the main power supply. Once the wires are connected and branches slid into their slot, simply tighten the small set screw to secure the branches to the tree. The base of the tree is recommended to be be placed on a wood or concrete base. We provide concrete anchors to secure them to the base. If securing to a wood deck, lag bolts are recommended.
